INSTRUCTION

▢ Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
▢ Start frying the bacon in a skillet over low heat. I had only 3 slices of bacon left, so almost the entire package will be consumed.
▢ Slice the tomato, onion, and zucchini.
▢ Layer the zucchini in a 9 x 13 baking dish so that the bottom is completely covered.
▢ Add a little olive oil to the zucchini and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
▢ 4-5 butter pats should be placed on top of the zucchini.
▢ One tomato slice is placed on top of one quarter of an onion slice.
▢ Crumble bacon when it has finished cooking.
▢ After the veggie layers, add a layer of crumbled bacon.
▢ Shredded sharp cheddar cheese should then be evenly distributed over the bacon. My own was freshly torn on the plate.
▢ Repeat the same layers indicated above.
▢ Grated parmesan cheese should be placed on top of the final layer of sharp cheddar cheese.
▢ Sprinkle oregano on top.
▢ Bake for 15 to 20 minutes while covered with foil. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is browned and the veggies are soft.
▢ As a main dish or side dish, enjoy.
