Instructions:
Prepare Mac and Cheese:
Make Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour to make a roux, then gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, mustard powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix with cooked macaroni.
Cook and Crumble Bacon:
Crisp Bacon: Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble into pieces.
Assemble Lasagna:
Layer: In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce. Place a layer of lasagna noodles on top. Spread a layer of mac and cheese, then sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Add another layer of noodles and repeat the mac and cheese and bacon layers. Finish with a final layer of noodles, topped with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake:
Cook: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Cool and Serve:
Rest: Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
