I made this last week and my guests just devoured it


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Salt and pepper, to season

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup white wine (preferably a dry variety)

1/2 cup chicken broth

Juice from 1 fresh lemon

2 tablespoons capers, rinsed

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
