Preparation:
1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
2. Add warm water, olive oil and butter.
3. Mix all ingredients until a homogeneous mass is formed.
4. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
5. Roll out the dough into a loaf on a floured work surface. 6. Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
7. Bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ for 15 minutes.
