Ground Beef Meatballs with Cheddar Cheese Centers

Print Friendly, PDF & Email
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Meat Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with the egg, minced garlic, salt, pepper (or onion powder), and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Form the Meatballs: Take a small amount of the beef mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a cube (or some shredded) cheddar cheese in the center, then fold the beef around it to form a ball. Ensure the cheese is fully enclosed by the meat mixture.
Bake: Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a greased tray. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
Serve: Let the cheesy beef bites cool slightly before serving. They can be enjoyed on their own or paired with your favorite dipping sauce.
