Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion and garlic until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix in the cooled onion and garlic.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
In a saucepan, combine the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth over medium heat. Stir until smooth and heated through.
Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes to combine flavors.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
