Apple pie bars are a delicious twist on the traditional dessert. Not only are these little treats perfect for a leisurely snack or with coffee, but they are also perfect for gatherings where guests can enjoy them on the go.
Forgoing the traditional dough approach, these bars combine a crispy crust with the softness of apples, creating a balanced, delicious bite every time. It’s a tried and true recipe that I’ve followed for years and it never disappoints. Give it that special something by serving it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on special occasions!
