DOUBLE CRUST CHEESECAKE

INGREDIENTS LIST:  

 

 

THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED FRO MAKING THE CRUSTS:

 

  • Around 27 grams.Of graham crackers – finely crushed.
  • 1/2 Cup.Of light brown sugar
  •  Melted salted butter – I used 2 sticks.

 

AND FOR THE CHEESECAKE PART, YOU’L NEED THE FOLLOWING:

 

  • 2 Cups.Of heavy whipping cream.
  •  Cream cheese; I used 3 blocks.Of 8 ounces at room temperature.
  •  1/2 Cup.Of granulated sugar.
  •  1/4 Cup.Of sour cream.
  •  2 tbsp.Of powdered sugar.
  •  2 tbsp.Of cornstarch.
  • 2 tsp.Of lemon juice.
  •  1/2 tbsp.Of vanilla extract.
