PREPARATION:
Place first 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined with a spoon.Pour into a 13″ x 9″ cake tin.Bake at 350°F 35-40 minutes.For icing:Mix the butter, sugar and evaporated milk together and cook over medium heat until it thickens slightly. (This usually takes about 5 minutes when boiling.)Remove from the heat and add the remaining ingredients.Pour over the hot cake.
