*Methods

Mix eggs, milk, oil, water and salt in a bowl.

Lay out a distance of filo dough and pour a little of the admixturespreading it over the entire distanceRepeat doubly, for a aggregate of 3 layers.

Mix the feta rubbish and cooked spinach and spread over the filo dough. Roll from one end to the other to get a strip.

Cut into triangles and place on a baking distance.

 

 

Brush each triangle with egg yolk.

Sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 15 min
