Directions
Preheat roaster to 400 °F. Saute onion, celery, carrots and potatoes in margarine for 10 twinkles.
Add flour to sauteed admixture, stirring well, cook one nanosecond shifting constantly. Combine broth and half and half. Gradationally stir into vegetable admixture.
Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in swab and pepper; add funk and stir well.
Pour into shallow 2 quart dish dish and top with pie shells.
Singe 30- 40 twinkles or until crust is golden and short.
