Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Instructions

Core the tomatoes, cut into 6- 8 wedges, also cut each wedge in halfPlace the tomatoes into a large coliseumsprinkle with a pinch of brown sugar, swab, and pepper, and toss really well.

Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, also slice it into1/4 ″ thick slicesAdd the cucumbers to the tomatoes.

Slice half the red the onion into veritably thin splints cornerwisealso cut the splints in half, or leave as is, depending on you preferenceAdd to cucumbers and tomatoes. Add the diced parsley and cilantro.

To prepare the dressingthrow all of the dressing constituents into a small coliseum and whisk together roundly, until well amalgamated.

Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently using both handsCover the coliseum with plastic and let sit at room temperature until ready to serve, for 1 to 6 hours. This will allow the flavors to immingle togetheralso serve and chill the leavings for over to 3 days
