• ¾ cup honey
• 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
• ½ cup ketchup
• 4 Tablespoons olive oil
• 2 cloves minced garlic or 1 teaspoon minced garlic in oil
• ½ cup diced onion
• ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
