INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat roaster to 450 degreesF. smoothly oil painting a baking distance or fleece with nonstick spray.
Place cauliflower in a single subcaste onto the set baking distance. Add olive oil painting; season with swab and pepper, to taste. Gently toss to combine.
Place into roaster and singe for 20- 25 twinkles, or until golden brown.
Season funk shanks with3/4 tablespoon swab and1/2 tablespoon pepper.
Melt adulation in a Dutch roaster over medium heat. Working in batches, add funk, skin– side down, and sear both sides until golden brown, about 2- 3 twinkles per side; set away. Drain redundant fat, reserving 2 soupspoons in the Dutch roaster.
Add shallot, and cook, stirring sometimes, until tender, about 3- 5 twinkles. Stir in garlic and thyme until ambrosial, about 1 nanosecond.
Whisk in flour until smoothly browned, about 1 nanosecond.
