PREPARATION:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) andgrease a 9×13-inch baking dish.Take one can of crescent roll dough andspread it evenly on the bottom of theprepared dish. Keep the other can aside.In a medium-sized mixing bowl, blendcream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and vanillaextract until the mixture is smooth andcreamy. Then, spread this mixture over thecrescent roll layer in the dish.Open the second can of crescent rolldough and place it on top of the creamcheese mixture, without pressing down.Pour melted margarine over the entiredish. In a separate small bowl, mixtogether the remaining 1/4 cup of sugarand cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture ontop of the dish.Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 25to 30 minutes, or until the top is goldenand crispy. Once it has cooled, cut it into24 squares.
