Classic Shepherd’s Pie with Savory Beef and Vegetables

Directions:
Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
Cook beef or lamb in a large pan until browned. Add onion and carrots, sauté until softened.
Stir in peas, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and flour, cooking for a few minutes.
Transfer the meat mixture to a baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes mixed with butter and milk.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and crisp.
