Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole
INGREDIENTS

- 2 pounds cooked chicken cubes

- 8 to 10 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1 cup Anka Cheddar cheese, grated (divided)
- 1 small portion of broccoli/cauliflower (ready to eat) – steamed in a bag for 3 minutes
INSTRUCTIONS

- Preheat the oven to 100 °C

- Mix the chicken, bacon (reserve some for sprinkling), steamed vegetables, cream, spices and half of the two types of cheese.
- Mix well and place on a baking sheet (I used 9×9)

- Top with remaining cheese and bacon and sprinkle with more ranch dressing if needed
- Bake for 15 minutes

- I don’t count carbs so I choose it I don’t use them and nothing else matters except the fact that it’s damn tasty! ! !
