How To Make Chewy Snickers Brownies

1. Set the oven to 350°F. Butter a metal 9×13-inch baking pan on the bottom and the edges. Put a long piece of parchment paper in the bottom of the pan, allowing it to hang over the ends and extend up two of the pan’s edges. Parallel to the first sheet of parchment paper, arrange a second piece in the same way. (Once the bars are baked, it will be simple to remove them from the pan.) the parchment with butter.

2. Blend the cocoa powder, espresso powder, and boiling water together in a big basin. Add unsweetened chocolate and continue whisking until it melts. Melted butter and oil are whisked in. Once the mixture is smooth and uniform, whisk in the eggs, yolks, and vanilla. Until sugar is completely mixed, whisk in. Use a rubber spatula to blend the flour and salt after adding them.

3. Transfer half of the batter to the prepared pan; using a spatula, level the surface and spread the batter into the pan’s corners. Add 3/4 of the chopped Snickers on top. In the pan, spread the remaining batter. Add the final Snickers pieces. Bake the cake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center emerges with only a few moist crumbs still attached. Place pan on wire rack and let it cool for 1 1/2 hours.

4. Lift brownies off pan using overhang of parchment paper. Put the brownies back on the wire rack and give them an hour to cool completely. Serve after cutting into 2-inch squares.
