Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and diced green onions.
Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter, mixing until the crackers are coated.
Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
