Cheddar Broccoli Potato Soup

Instructions

In a large pot over medium heatmelt11/2 Tbsp of the adulationAdd carrots, celery and onion and saute 3 – 4 twinklesAdd garlic and saute 30 seconds longer.

Stir in funk broth, potatoes and thyme and season with swab and pepper to tasteBring to a pustule over mediumhigh heatalso reduce heat to mediumcover with lid and cook 15 twinklesStir in broccoli and cook 5 twinkles longer or until veggies are tender.

Meanwhile, melt remaining 4 Tbsp adulation in a medium saucepan over medium heatStir in flour and chefwhisking constantly 1 nanosecond. While whisking roundlysluggishly pour in milk( whisk well until no lumps remain).
Cook stirring constantly until admixture begins to cakestir in heavy cream. Remove from heat and formerly all veggies are tender pour into the haze and stir. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and parmesan rubbish until meltedServe warm.

Notes

This broccoli potato rubbish haze wo n’t indurate well because of thedairy.However, store in the fridge for 1- 2 days, If making in advance.

stilltry using a good melting rubbish similar as Gruyere rubbish, If you do n’t have cheddar. A little blue rubbish would also work really well.

You could also use cauliflower rather of broccoli in this submissive potato haze form.
