CANNING: MEATLOAF

Ingredient:

    • 10 lb ground beef (also called Hamburg)
    • 3 garlic cloves
    • 1/2 onion

    • 2-3 tablespoons light brown sugar
    • 1&1/4 tomato sauce
    • 1 plastic packet of saltine crackers
    • 1 tablespoon parsley
    • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard (powder)

  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 8 eggs
