DIRECTIONS
Preheat caff to medium–high, or preheat the roaster to 425º.
Cut 4 large pieces of antipode about 10 ″ long. In a large coliseum, toss potatoes with olive oil painting, garlic greasepaint, and oregano and season with swab and pepper.
Divide potatoes between antipode pieces, also fold the antipode packets cornerwise to fully cover the potatoes. Roll the top and nethermost edges to seal them unrestricted.
Place antipode packets on the caff and cook until just cooked through, 10 to 15 twinkles.( Or transfer to the roaster and singe about 15 twinkles.)
Unwrap the antipode packets and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top of the potatoes. Fold antipode back over the potatoes and cook until rubbish is melty, about 3 to 5 twinkles.
Top with parsley and red pepper flakes and serve warm.
