Grate butter into small pieces.
Using a pastry cutter blend butter into flour mixture.
Sprinkle water into mixture then toss with a fork until it forms into a ball. (work dough as little as possible. The more you “knead”, or work it, the tougher it will be)
Form into disc, and seal in zip lock bag.,
Chill, at least an hour or overnight.
Remove from fridge, let set 10 minutes, then roll out and place in pie plate.
