Manioc Bread
𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:
*2 cups of cooked cassava
*2 eggs
*1/2 cup oil
*1/2 cup of water
*3 tablespoons of sugar
*1/2 tablespoon of salt
Beat these ingredients in the blender or mixer until it’s creamy and homogeneous. Reserve.
*4 cups of wheat flour, approximately
*1 tablespoon inst
In a receptacle, put 3 mugs of flour, blend with incinerating greasepaint. Open a depression in the middle and put the blender blend. Mix by hand, starting in the middle. When you start importing, transfer to the floured bench. Use the other mug of flour while kneading. Keep kneading for about 10 twinkles, adding flour little by little( it may not be necessary to use the whole mug). The dough is ready when it’s smooth and no longer sticks to your hands.
Place the dough in the coliseum, cover with a cloth and let rise for 1 hour.
Model the viands as you prefer, brush thralldom and, if you want, make cuts on top with a cutter. Let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Singe at 170 degrees for roughly 30 twinkles.
