* I recommend starting with a more reticent quantum of swab and also adding further as demanded, the quantum of swab demanded will vary depending on the type/ brand of broth you use ** If you have n’t used ancho chili greasepaint ahead, I recommend starting with ¼ tablespoon and also taste– testing before adding to ½ tablespoon if you like thetaste.However, just puree in batches, about half of the haze at a time, *** If you want a fully delicate haze you can dissect all of it. I prefer my potato haze with factual gobbets of potatoes and prefer to puree just half of it.
