FOR THE BIG MAC SAUCE
- All ingredients should be combined in a bowl and whisked together well. Sauce should be put in the fridge before burger assembly.
FOR THE KETO BIG MACS
- Burger patties should be well seasoned with salt and pepper on all sides. Fry patties in a single, large skillet until well done, flipping as necessary.
- Butter bun tops and bottoms while patties are frying. A second heavy skillet should be heated to medium-high. When they’re ready, toast the bread tops and bottoms with the buttery side down, much like you would a grilled cheese. Wait to construct burgers before setting aside the buns.
- Spread keto Big Mac sauce on the buttered and toasted edges of each bread after the patties are fully cooked. Burgers should be assembled as follows: bottom bun, sauce, onions, pickles, lettuce, cheese, bottom bun, sauce, pickles, onions, lettuce, cheese, top bun. Serve hot.
