PREPARATION:
Mix all ingredients together in a Ziploc bag and seal tightly. Shake ingredients in a ziploc bag until all ingredients are well blended.Generously and evenly coat the sides of the steak with the seasoning, then let sit for about 40 minutes, until the salt penetrates the surface and breaks down the muscle fibers into tender, melt-in-the-mouth meat.
Once it’s grilled and comes out piping hot, place your steak on it and cook for 4-5 minutes, until browned and lightly charred.
Flip the steak and cook an additional 5 minutes for medium-rare, 7 minutes for medium-rare, and 10 minutes for well-done.Once it’s ready, you can serve right away.
