STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE ROLLS

THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

 

FOR THE DOUGH; I USED:

 

430 grams.Of all-purpose flour (equal 3½ cups)

 

2¼ small spoons.Of instant dry yeast.

 

1¼ Cups.Of whole milk.

 

70 grams.Of granulated white sugar.

 

1/3 Cup.Of softened butter.

 

3/4 small spoon.Of salt.

 

A large-sized egg.

 

FOR THE FILLING, YOU’LL NEED:

 

1/3 Cup. Of butter – melted.

 

70 grams.Of granulated sugar.

 

Fresh chopped strawberries; I used 2½ cups.

 

THE FROSTING INGREDIENTS:

 

Full-fat cream cheese; 90 grams softened to room temp.

 

3 large spoons.Of unsalted butter.

 

1/2 small spoon.Of vanilla extract.

 

2/3 Cup.Of powdered sugar.
