- 8-10 small red potatoes, quartered

- 1 large zucchini, quartered and sliced into chunks
- 4 ears corn, shucked
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce of choice
- Olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
