Fixings :
Sauce:
- 1/2 container chicken broth or hamburger broth
- 1/2 container shellfish sauce
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons naturally minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Beef Lo Mein:
- 16 ounces lo mein noodles
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 pounds flank steak, skirt steak, or fold steak cut against the grain into 1 inch strips
- 2 teaspoon legitimate salt
- 2 teaspoons dark pepper
- 2 glasses snow peas
- 1 glasses carrot cut into matchsticks or shredded
- 1 container bean sprouts
- 1 ruddy chime pepper , meagerly sliced
- 1/2 head green cabbage destroyed or daintily sliced
- 1/2 container cut green onion
INSTRUCTIONS :
- In a little bowl, make the sauce by whisking together chicken broth, shellfish sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Cook lo mein noodles concurring to bundle directions.
- Meanwhile, warm sesame oil in a expansive skillet over medium tall warm. Include hamburger into skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until meat is browned, around 4- 5 minutes.
