  • Almond milk
  • Maple syrup
  • Pumpkin Pie spice
  • Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • dash of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine almond milk, pumpkin puree and maple syrup. Mix together.
  2. Add spices and chia seeds.
  3. Mix together to combine throughly.
  4. Place in the fridge for 2+ hrs to thicken and mix again.
