Pinto Beans With Mexican-Style Seasonings

Directions

Place pinto sap into a large pot and pour in enough water to cover by 2 to 3 elevationLet sap soak overnight.

 

Drain Sapreturn to pot, and pour in fresh water to coveradd tomatoes,

bacon, onion, chili greasepaint, cumin, and garlic greasepaint.

 

Bring to a pustulereduce heat to low, and poach for 3 hours.

Check the sap sometimes and add further water if demanded.

 

 

Stir cilantro and swab into sap poach until sap are softabout 1 further hour.
