Directions
Place pinto sap into a large pot and pour in enough water to cover by 2 to 3 elevation. Let sap soak overnight.
Drain Sap, return to pot, and pour in fresh water to cover; add tomatoes,
bacon, onion, chili greasepaint, cumin, and garlic greasepaint.
Bring to a pustule, reduce heat to low, and poach for 3 hours.
Check the sap sometimes and add further water if demanded.
Stir cilantro and swab into sap poach until sap are soft, about 1 further hour.
