Refections do n’t come smoothly than this! Just pop everything in a visage with a ginger of racyperi- peri seasoning, wrap it up with some healthy salad and, hey presto – dinner is served. No need to order a takeaway when you can make these so snappily and easily.
MAKES 2
Low- calorie cookery spray
1 red onion, finely sliced
1 red pepper, deseeded and finely sliced
g funk bone mini fillets
1 tbspperi- peri seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
3 tbsp light mayonnaise
2 tortilla wraps
2 tbsp chilli jam
Juice of ½ lemon
Spinach leaves, to serve
iceberg lettuce leaves, to serve
¼ cucumber, sliced
Spray anon- stick frying visage with the cookery spray over a medium heat and add the red onion, red pepper and funk bone fillets. Sprinkle over theperi- peri seasoning, smoked paprika and cumin and fry the funk and vegetables for around 5 – 8 beats, until the funk is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Add the garlic and stir, frying for 1 minute.
2. Spread the mayonnaise over the wraps and also spoon over the chilli jam.
3. When the funk is cooked, squeeze over the lemon juice and give everything a good stir.
4. Add the spinach and lettuce leaves to the mantle, also arrange the cucumber slices over the top.
5. weight the wraps with the racy funk, onion and pepper, also roll them up and enjoy!
