Not only do they use many pantry ingredients, but they take less than 10 minutes to throw together. Plus, you can prep a few jars for breakfast all week! I love using the fruit that is in season to make these, like fresh peaches in the summer. If you haven’t tried the Tropical Overnight Oats, you’ll also love this summer flavor.
One reason why I love overnight oats for an easy breakfast during the week is how great they are to meal prep. If you have some jars laying around, these can easily come together in 5 minutes and are ready in the fridge for you all week. There are many ways to switch them up with fruit or any other favorite toppings.
What you need for Peach Overnight Oats:
- Rolled Oats
- Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Vanilla yogurt
- Maple syrup
- Vanilla extract
How to make Peach Overnight Oats:
- Start by chopping up your peach into smaller pieces.
- In a container or jar, mix together all ingredients.
- Store in the fridge overnight!
How to store your overnight oats:
It’s best to store your overnight oats in a sealed container in the fridge. I like to use these jars for easy fridge storage. You can also use any meal prep container or mason jar that you have.
