Instructions
Preheat your roaster to 400 °F( 200 °C). Line a baking distance with diploma paper.
Place the flour in a shallow dish. In a separate shallow dish, beat the eggs. In a third shallow dish, mix together the panko chuck motes, parmesan rubbish, swab, and pepper.
Comb each funk bone in the flour, also the egg, and also the panko admixture, making sure to cover all sides unevenly.
toast the olive oil painting in a large skillet over medium–high heat. Add the funk guts and cook for 2- 3 twinkles on each side, or until they’re golden brown.
Transfer the funk to the set baking distance and singe for 8- 10 twinkles, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 °F( 74 °C).
Serve the parmesan caked funk hot, with your choice of sides. Enjoy!
