INSTRUCTIONS
Spray a 9- inch springform visage with cuisine spray.
In a medium coliseum, mix the vanilla wafer motes, melted adulation, and brown sugar until fully combined.
forcefully press the scruple admixture into the bottom of the springform visage to produce a crust. Set in the refrigerator to bite until you have finished with the stuffing.
For the stuffing, use a hand or stand mixer to beat the cream rubbish and sugar together in a large coliseum until smooth.
Add in the ½ vessel of whipped beating and strawberry jam and beat on low speed until fully combined.
Spread the strawberry admixture into the springform visage atop the crust and chill for 3 hours or overnight. It should be fully set.
Once the cheesecake has set, remove the cutlet from the springform visage and set on a cutlet plate for decorating.
Top the center of the cutlet with the strawberry pie stuffing. Spread unevenly but do n’t go all the way to the sides, or the stuffing will drop over the edge.
Place the whipped beating into a pipeline bag with a star tip( I used a 1M Wilton tip) and pipe ornamental swirls or florets onto the edge of the cheesecake.
NOTES
How to make cookie motes. Either stick the vanilla wafers in the food processor and palpitate them until they’re motes, or put them in a large plastic bag and smash them with a rolling leg or another smashing object. For stylish results, it’s a good idea to use the food processor because it creates a nice indeed fine scruple.
Chill overnight if possible. This easy no singe cheesecake form is best when stupefied overnight. Make it the night before your event so that it has plenitude of time to chill. This will insure it sets up duly and slices nicely.
Leftovers can be cooled for over to 3 days.
