Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the corn, flour, cornmeal, eggs, green onions, milk, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture for each fritter and flatten slightly.
Fry the fritters for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve warm, optionally with a dipping sauce like sour cream or ranch.
