MISSISSIPPI ROAST

PREPARATION:

First Step:

Now, add a 1/4 cup of water to the insert of your slow cooker, and then set the chuck roast on top of the liquid.

Second Step:

On top of the chuck roast, add some dry ranch seasoning mix, and then on top of that, sprinkle some dry au jus seasoning mix.

Third Step:

After that, spread six tablespoons of butter over the top of the roast, and then arrange five or six pepperoncini around the roast.

Fourth Step:

Cook for eight hours on a low setting. Shred the meat, then serve it with the gravy.
