Ingredients:

– 2 large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or butterhead)
– 2 eggs
– 2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Optional: hot sauce or salsa for serving
