Chocolate layer:
2 cups Ghiradellhi melting chocolate

Preheat roaster to 350 degreesF.
In a large coliseum, add your adulation and sugar and using an electric mixer cream the constituents together.
Add vanilla, flour and swab and blend until well combined.
Using a slice board or your counter add flour to the face. Roll the dough out to1/2 inch thick.
With a small circle cookie knife, cut out eyefuls.
Line a baking visage with diploma paper and place the eyefuls onto the baking distance. Singe for 14- 16 twinkles.
Remove from roaster and let eyefuls cool fully.
In a medium sauce visage add your caramel and faded milk. Have your heat set to medium and stir until melted.
Take a ladle and scoop melted caramel onto the eyefuls and spread from edge to edge covering the whole face.
Let the cookie sit for the caramel to set.
In a small microwave oven safe coliseum, melt chocolate wafers for 30 seconds and repeat as demanded.
Spread over the covers of cooled caramel.
Let chocolate set before eating and serving.
