Homemade Turtle Candy with Pecans and Caramel

Let the caramel cool slightly, so it is n’t hotalso use a ladle or a small cate spoon to drop a spoonful of the caramel onto each pecan block. It’s meant to be a rustic cate , so you do n’t have to worry about keeping the turtles round or having some pecans feeding in it.

Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave oven or over a double boiler.

Pour the melted chocolate over the caramel subcasteletting a little drip onto the sidesalso push around so that it fully covers the top of the caramel.

Place the delicacy incinerating distance in the refrigerator to set the chocolate and caramel fully, for at least 30 twinkles.

For stylish taste and texture, serve tortoises at room temperature. Complements may be stored in an watertight vessel in the refrigerator or at cool room temperature for over to 2 weeks
