DIRECTIONS
Preheat roaster to 375 °
Cook pasta according to package instructions, wash, and set away.( Lay them independently on a cookie distance)
In a heavy saucepan brown the ground beef and Italian link( remove from covering and break up with a chopstick) Mix in onion, red peppers, and garlic. Cook over medium heat until browned well, drain fat off.
Add pasta sauce, tomato paste and season to taste with all- purpose mix. Add Italian seasoning, cover, and poach on med-low for 30 twinkles.( For optimal flavor, chef sauce the day ahead)
* OPTIONAL I add 1 tsp sugar
While sauce is stewing, in a mixing coliseum combine 1 bag of the mozzarella rubbish, ricotta rubbish, Romano, and Parmesan with a beaten egg, spinach, and parsley
Add 1c. meat sauce to the bottom of the baking dish, top with lasagna polls, ladle on rubbish admixture. reprise. Finish with polls outgunned with sauce and remaining mozzarella rubbish.
Cover and singe for 40 twinkles. Uncover and add fresh rubbish if asked and singe another 10 twinkles until smoothly golden brown and bubbly.
Allow resting 20 twinkles before cutting.
* I did have about a pint of sauce left. Put in the freezer bag for a quick lunch one day!
