Ingredients (8 people):

- 350 grams of flour
- 1 whole egg
- 120 grams of powdered sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 60 gr of melted butter
- 1 Cup of milk
- 1 square of yeast or a sachet of dehydrated yeast
Preparation:
In a salad bowl, break a whole egg, add the 120 grams of sugar, the pinch of salt then the 60 grams of melted butter, the flour, then the yeast diluted in the milk, work everything to obtain a firm dough like dough bread, leave to rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
If you have a bread machine, put the ingredients in this order in the bowl, without forgetting to melt the butter and dilute the yeast in the milk, put on the dough cycle and let it rise inside.
After rising, roll out the dough and line a pie dish, garnish with pastry cream and bake in the oven at th 5, to be watched.
Pastry cream: 1 liter of milk in which 24 sugars are melted, 3 sachets of unsweetened vanilla pudding diluted in a little milk; When the liter of milk has boiled, pour the pudding in and mix until thickened.
