Ingredients
- 5 pounds of NY strip steak
- 1/9 cup olive oil
- 1 lb. quartered or divided baby golden potatoes
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Rosemary, 1 tsp.
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- pepper and salt as desired
How To Make Garlic Herb Potatoes and Steak Skillet
- Over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter to a pan.
- Add the herbs, potatoes, and salt & pepper to taste. For 3-5 minutes, until fork soft, cook the potatoes while stirring often. Separate the potatoes.
- The second tablespoon of butter and the strips of steak should be placed on the same skillet. Just a few stirrings during cooking will get them to the amount of doneness you want.
- Reheat the potatoes in the skillet while adding salt and pepper to taste.
