Step 4 Add the thyme and diced garlic to the melted adulation. Stir well and keep this away to rest.
Step 5 Heat the olive oil painting in a cast– iron skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops to the hot oil painting and sear for about 4 twinkles on each side until golden brown.
Step 6 Pour the garlic adulation admixture over the pork chops and transfer the skillet to the roaster. Singe the pork chops until the internal temperature reached about 145 to 150 degrees.
Step 7 Remove the visage from the roaster when the pork chops are done. ladle over the adulation sauce left in the visage.
