  • Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • Butter
  • Minced Garlic

  • Grated Parmesan
  • Sea salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Avocado Oil Spray
  • Olive oil

How to make these potatoes:

  1. Start by washing your potatoes.
  2. Be sure to secure your chopsticks on your cutting board! This makes it easier to cut the hasselback potatoes without cutting completely through the potato.
  3. Make even slits across the potato. Do this to all of them.
  4. Lay on a baking sheet and spray with avocado oil spray. Top with sea salt and black pepper.
  5. In a small bowl, combine butter, minced garlic and olive oil to heat up.
  6. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  7. Using a basting brush, coat each potato with the melted garlic butter.
  8. Place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven, carefully open up the slits in the potato a little more and top with more melted garlic butter.
  10. Place back in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  11. Remove and top with fresh parsley and grated parmesan.
  12. Enjoy!

How to store your hasselback potatoes:

If you have any leftovers, it’s best to store them in a sealed container in the fridge. I like using these!

If you want to pair these, try doing this:

  • Serve these alongside all the Thanksgiving sides!
  • Fix these with your favorite protein –steak or chicken would be delicious!
  • Make them cheesy and sub the grated parmesan for shredded cheddar cheese.

Yes! You can substitute melted ghee for butter here.
