FOIL-BAKED SALMON WITH ASPARAGUS AND GARLIC LEMON BUTTER SAUCE

PREPARATION:

1st Step

 

Bring the temperature in the oven up to 375 degrees. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil.

 

2nd Step

 

Place the salmon on top of the foil, then arrange the asparagus around it. Salt and pepper.

 

3rd Step

 

Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Mix in the lime zest, garlic, and lime juice.

 

4th Step

 

Pour over the salmon filet. If desired, top the salmon with lime slices before bringing both sides of the foil up and sealing the fish.

 

5th Step

 

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes before removing the foil. Broil the salmon for two to three minutes to get a crisp brown edge.

 

6th Step

 

Finish with some fresh parsley as a garnish, and then serve.
