FOIL-BAKED SALMON WITH ASPARAGUS AND GARLIC LEMON BUTTER SAUCE

I knew that I wanted to prepare a salmon dish by roasting it in aluminum foil using the same delicious combination of butter, lime, and rind. The taste of this salmon is amplified by the use of a few simple ingredients, and the end result will astound you. The process of wrapping up this fish in the foil takes no more than a few minutes at most. As the salmon is cooking in the foil, the buttery, garlicky, lime flavor is locked in, resulting in the flakiest and most delicate fish you have ever had..

The fact that the asparagus cooks perfectly along with the salmon is the nicest thing about it since it reduces the amount of effort that you have to do for supper. The asparagus takes on the taste of the buttery lime as well, and it’s incredibly soft and crunchy at the same time.
