Instructions

  • Make the Pavlova:

    • Gradually add sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff, glossy peaks form.
    • Gently fold in cornstarch, vanilla extract, and vinegar.

  • Whip the Cream:
    • In a chilled bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
    • Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Assemble the Trifle:
    • In a large glass trifle bowl or individual glasses, layer as follows:
      1. A layer of broken pavlova pieces.
      2. A layer of whipped cream.
      3. A layer of mixed berries and pomegranate arils.
