DIABETIC PUMPKIN ROLL

 

Directions

 

Beat eggs and Equal for 5 twinkles in a coliseum.

Stir in pumpkin and bomb juiceadd flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Mix well.

Line a jelly roll visage with wax paper.

Spread batter unevenly over visage.

Singe at 350 °F until toothpick comes out clean; 5- 8 twinkles.

DO NOT OVER Singe.

Cool 3 twinkles in visageturn out on a cloth and roll up from narrow end.

twice just the kerchief end to begin the rolling process.

The larger center seems to help it not to crack.

Chill in refrigerator until fully cool.

Unroll pumpkin roll and spread with stuffing.

Re-roll, place in a plastic bag and bite until serving time.

Slice into pinwheels and serve.( DO NOT over singecutlet will resolve if you do.)

TO MAKE stuffing Cream the cream rubbish also mix whipped beating and Equal until smooth and spreadable.
